Biography

Also known as the Spreydon and Halswell Domain Board, the Halswell Domain Board was established in 1887. The status of the Halswell Domain changed to a recreation ground and was vested in the Paparua County Council in 1973.

Paparua County Council amalgamated with Christchurch City Council in 1989.
