Biography

People and Capability is responsible for human resources and was formerly called People and Culture and was part of the Resources Group. In 2024, a new Group structure was introduced by the interim Chief Executive Mary Richardson. As part of this restructure People and Capabiltiy became a stand alone unit reporting directly to the Chief Executive. The executive leadership team was expanded to include the Head of People and Capability/Chief People Officer role.
