Biography

The Strategy and Transformation Group was created from the Strategy and Planning Group in 2016. It included Continuous Improvement, Human Resources, Planning and Strategic Transport, Public Information and Participation, Resilience, Smart Cities, Strategic Policy and Urban Design and Heritage.

In 2021 a new Council structure was introduced to form 4 Groups. The functions from the Strategy and Transformation Group were split across 3 different Groups. Planning and Strategic Transport, Strategic Partnerships and Urban Design and Heritage became part of the Infrastructure, Planning and Regulatory Services Group. Smart Cities and Human Resources became part of the Resources Group. Continuous Improvement, Public Information and Participation, Resilience and Strategic Policy became part of Strategic Policy and Performance Group.
