Biography
In 2004 a restructure of Christchurch City Council saw the functions of leisure services move from the Operations Group and into the newly formed Community Services Group. Within this group the Community and Recreation Unit was formed which included responsibility for Council ran sport and leisure facilities including Queen Elizabeth II Park (QEII Park).
