Biography

The Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board was established in 1945, however prior to its establishment, research into milk supply and discussions around the city's milk supply had been inclued as part of the Abattoir and Reserves Committee. The Board was officially disestablished in 1968 when all regional boards were replaced by the New Zealand Milk Board. Meetings of the Christchurch Metropolitan Milk Board continued up until 1969.
