1955 plans are for shops on Lincoln Road for Duncan & Amos. Includes a site plan, exterior elevations, interior floor plans and some technical drawings. Created by C S G Draughting Service.
1958 plan is a basic plan for shops on the corner of Clarence Road and Lincoln Road titled Replacement of Stairs - New Water Closet Owner Mr J S Kennedy. Includes a floor plan of the water closet and some elevation details.
Also includes a basic sketch of shop sections drawn on the back of a voting paper for the Borough of Riccarton.
1959 plan is for alterations to 289 Lincoln Road for Mr R G Knowles. Includes colour details of the shop frontage and elevation. Created by Griffiths & Moffat Architects.
Photographs are of the exterior to the buildings in 1997 along Lincoln Road including Dale's Foodcentre; Mansfield Gallery; Video Ezy and Malt House.
