The photographs in this series have been listed together as they have been transferred to the Christchurch City Council archives independently, often with no information as to their provenance.
Photographs form part of other series within the Christchurch City Council Archives, but these have not been removed and added to this series. This decision was made in order to retain existing relationships between photographs and associated records in the collection.
