Records of the operational activities of the Municipal Officers Association including photographs of members.

Includes: Minutes of the AGM on 13 August 1979; Minutes of the Executive Committee 20 July 1989; Presidents 1988/89 Report; Letter to General Manager and Town Clerk at Christchurch City Council re. new MOA Rooms in Tuam Street Civic Offices December 1979; Statement of purpose of MOA and club rules 1973.

Also includes framed photographs of Christchurch City Council Municipal Officers' Association (MOA) members. Note that this also includes a photograph taken a few years prior to the Association being formed. It has been included as it relates to the activities that became part of MOA once it was established in 1931.

Includes: Framed black and white photograph of the Christchurch Municipal Officers' Rugby Football Team. Winners of the Inter-Staff Match, Wellington City Council September 10th 1927.
