Set of Block Plans created for blocks within the central city of Christchurch by the Council of Fire and Accident Underwriters' Associations of New Zealand.

Includes three volumes with different annotations throughout showing 1933-1936 premises locations and owners across the central city. One of the volumes includes a key to the signs featured in the plans. Also includes a list of additions and alterations to the block plans.

Also includes an additional set of block plans dated October 1966-May 1970 detailing the same information as the above.
