Biography

The tug was built in 1906 and worked Lyttelton harbour until 1970.The Society was incorporated in 1973 for the restoration, preservation and operation of the tug. Since preservation work was completed, the tug has been used for trips around Lyttelton and charters for day or night cruises by public groups. Throughout the summer season usually from Christmas to April or May, the Society operates a Sunday afternoon harbour cruise to the Lyttelton Heads.
