Biography
Established in 1898 when 88 acres were transferred from the Selwyn County Council and vested in the New Brighton Borough Coucil under the Reserves Disposal and Enabling Act 1898.
The board was dissolved in 1941 when New Brighton Borough Council amalgamated with Christchurch City Council.
