Biography

Riccarton-Wigram Community Board became the Halswell-Hornby-Riccarton Community Board in 2017. In December 2017 the Halswell-Hornby-Riccarton Community Board was gifted the name Waipuna from Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tūāhuriri, a Māori name and a cultural narrative to reflect the areas they represent.
