Biography
The Riccarton-Wigram Community Board was formed in 1989 following the amalgamation of Paparua County Council into Christchurch City Council. Sockburn District Community Council, Halswell District Community Council and Hornby District Community Council combimed to form the Riccarton-Wigram Community Board. The Riccarton-Wigram Community Board became the Halswell-Hornby-Riccarton Community Board in 2017.
