The Customer and Community Group was formed from the Community and Democracy Services Group in 2016. The Group included Christchurch Art Gallery, Civil Defence Emergency Management, Citizens & Customer Services, Community Facilities, Community Support & Governance, Libraries & Information, Major Facilities, Parks and Recreation & Support.
