Biography
The Abbatoir, Markets, Reserves and Public Health Committee was established in 1913, created from the expansion of the Abbatoir, Markets and Reserves Committee to include Public Health. Despite the title management of Cemeteries remained in this committee. In c.1919 the 'Public Health' element of the title was removed and the committee returned to its former name as the Abattoir, Markets and Reserves Committee.
