Biography
In 1950 the Baths and Entertainments Committee is expanded to include Library and Art Gallery. It becomes the Baths, Entertainment, Library and Art Gallery Committee. This committee remains in place until 1960 when the Art Gallery Committee is established as its own Committee. At the same time the remaining functions becomes the Baths, Entertainment and Library Committee.
