Biography
The Health and General Committee was created from the Health and Clean Air Committee in 1971. The committee dealt with public health issues and complaints as well as the management of public spaces such as Cathedral Square.
In 1981 this committee splits into the Clean Air and Health Committee and the Community Services and Health Committee.
