Biography
The Audit and Risk Management Committee was set up in 2005 as a result of new legal requirements to adopt International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from 1 July 2007. Prior to this some audit and risk functions formed part of the Strategy and Finance Committee. The Committee wound up in 2011.
