Biography

The Council was committed to providing education and training to promote sound and happy family life as the essential basis of a good society, and had a particular focus on the welfare of children. It promoted effective communication and co-operation between member organizations in New Zealand. In 1998/99 the Executive, then with only older people on it, decided to wind up the organization. This was done in 2000.
