Biography
Jean was born to miner Owen Fletcher Edmonds and nurse aid Irene Dorothy nee Armitage at Auckland. She worked for the IRD, the Public Trust and the District Court, Justice Department. In 1972 Jean married salesman Desmond Ruddenklau.
