Biography
Diana was born to importer and accountant Frances Arthur Jarrett and physiotherapist Joan Winifred nee Cottrell at Christchurch. She was a bank clerk, a teacher and worked in a funeral home. In 1962 Diana married land agent Neil Scoular Edward Robilliard.

The initial project was set up by the Canterbury Branch of the New Zealand Federation of University Women in 1989.
