Biography
Henry Archer Charles Banner was overseer of laying out the telephone lines from Christchurch to Greymouth. He worked with New Zealand Post and Telegraph Department. On 30 April 1906 he married Elizabeth Gertrude Fletcher. They met on board the ship from London about 1905.
