Arrangement
The original subject groupings of the collection have, in general, been retained however some decisions have been made to include individual items and the combination of different types of records together within the same subject grouping of files.
Some material had no original order and in these instances the different types of records were separated and placed into functions including correspondence, trade invoices and receipts, and ordered chronologically.
Across the collection broadly related subjects been filed as near as possible to each other.
