When this collection was donated, the original inventory included four documents which were not within the parcels when opened. Space within the arrangement of the collection has been left in anticipation of these documents being located and added to the collection. The depositor was contacted and advised that the documents may be with the Club’s solicitor and accountant as part of the liquidation process. The depositor is to advise once these documents are located and to be added to the collection.
