Scope and Contents
The papers of Elsie Locke include typescript and manuscript papers chiefly on forest and general conservation issues, also the Vietnam War, Māori issues, New Zealand foreign policy, peace, and other national and international matters.
Box 6 contains the manuscript reminiscences of W.H. Hammond, born ca. 1867, of Thornton's Bay, Thames. This material was used by Elsie Locke for a provincial jigsaw puzzle.
