Biographical / Historical
Existence: 1910 - Present Canterbury Croquet clubs in Canterbury met on the 3rd August 1910 at the South British Insurance building to set up the Canterbury Croquet Association. Clubs from Ashburton, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, St Albans, Sumner, Temuka, Timaru and United (from Christchurch) appointed a representative to attend meetings and support the aims of the Association.
