Leaflet announcing a public meeting in the Choral Hall, Latimer Square of the Anti-Conscription Campaign Committee, Canterbury NZ, with text on the reverse giving the historical background.

The Anti-Conscription Campaign was a Labour Party initiative, as the text on this leaflet tells. Included is part of the text of Peter Fraser's speech at the second Anti-Conscription Conference in 1916, which led to his being tried for sedition, with others.
