Inventory
Inventory available on TRIM. See external documents. Inventory compiled from TRIM notes not from individual cartons. Further listing required as this is a box list by carton number. Originally accessioned as part of CCC/ARC/22-001 with records from the Councils that amalgamated into Banks Peninsula District Council in 1989 (Wairewa County Council, Akaroa County Council and Lyttelton Borough Council). The Councils were reorgansed into separate accessions as part of the implementation of ArchivesSpace in Jan 2025, to enable records to be easily grouped together into a series relating to their originating authority. Further material is still held as part of semi-current records. Further accruals are therefore expected. Pigeon Bay and Okains Bay Road Board Correspondence 1890's-1910's removed from SC-31260 and added as an accrual to CCC/ARC/23-021 in Feb 2025.
