Scope and Contents
Plans for alterations to the Municipal Chambers building at 158 Oxford Terrace on the corner with Worcester Street to become the Chamber of Commerce.
Plans from 1928 including a rough plan of Chamber of Commerce attic plan, caretakers quarters floor plan and a plan of fire escapes for the Chamber of Commerce. Fire escapes plan created by Christchurch City Council Engineers Department. Architectural assistant Victor R Nean.
Plans from 1969 includes interior floor plans, noted as being traced from Trengrove, Trengrove and Marshall Architects.
Plan from 1970 is for alterations to the building for a public relations office. Includes interior floorplans and entranceway details.
