Black and white copies with some colour and pencil annotations for the ParkRoyal Hotel on the block of Kilmore Street, Durham Street and Victoria Street. Includes exterior drawings as well as those for Ground Floor public atrium spaces and for the layout of hotel rooms.

Also includes a bound folder from 1982 including a site plan, exterior elevations, interior floor plans, a design report, photographs and some concept sketches of the proposed hotel in relation to the Christchurch Town Hall.
