Custodial History
Appears to be Heathcote Road Board according to an 1879 map available via Christchurch City Libraries
Rural section maps include Opawa and Ensors Road which were both formed by Heathcote Road Board in 1877. Additionally, several of the landowners mentioned with the Sumner map died in 1898 so it is therefore assumed that the maps were created between 1877-1898.
