Also includes a 1910 Sale Plan of the estate of J T Bell (deceased) Lincoln Road and Whiteleigh Avenue sub-division. Fine Buildings Sites with frontages to Lincoln Road, Whiteleigh Avenue, Warwick Street and Walsall Street. Includes street numbers, plot details and details of the public auction.
