Christchurch City Council Engineers Department annual reports and planning reports 1933-1989. Also includes publications and reports created by the City Engineer's Department, later City Works and Planning Department.
Includes annual reports for the Traffic Department, traffic management incluing cycleways, car parking and the Master Transportation Plan 1960s.
Also includes some Christchurch Drainage Board employee agreements.
