Some of the material relates to a set of portraits of female Christchurch City Council Councillors which were hung in the Camellia Room at the Christchurch City Council Tuam Street offices. Includes correspondence relating to these including plans to rehang the portraits in the new Hereford Street Civic Offices.

Also includes speeches and other records relating to the Anna Crighton Award for Services to Heritage 1997-2007. In 2010 a separate Heritage Trust was established.

3 files of papers relating to the work Anna Crighton was involved in to stop the demolition of the Sunnyside Hospital/Hillmorton Hospital Administration building and have it added to the Council heritage register. Includes reports, correspondence as well as Council and Spreydon/Heathcote Community Board minutes and agendas 2006-2011.
