Biography
In 1996 a restructure of Christchurch City Council took place which saw the main Groups of the Council change names. Property related functions including the management of consents moved into the newly created Environmental Services Unit within the Policy Group.
In 2004 following a restructure of the Groups, responsibility for property including building consents passed to the newly created Regulation and Democracy Services Group - Environmental Services Unit.
