Biography
The City Works and Planning department became the Environmental Administration Unit as part of the Development Group in 1992. The Unit included planners, building information officers, environmental health officers and area planners for Linwood, Fendalton and Sockburn. In 1996 the Unit became the Environmental Services Unit.
