Biography
In 1929 the Abattoir, Reserves and Milk Committee was expanded to include Markets in the title. The management of Markets had always been part of this committee despite not always being reflected in the title. This also includes Cemeteries which were manged through this committee.
In 1930 the Milk Committee is established and the remaining functions become the Abattoir, Reserves and Markets Committee.
