Biography

The Milk Committee is established as its own committee in 1930 which was formerly part of the Abattoir, Reserves, Markets and Milk Committee. The scope of the committee was, according to the Christchurch City Council Yearbook 1930-31 , the improved Milk Supply for the City. This was a short lived committee which merged back to form the Abattoir, Reserves and Milk Committee in 1931.
