Biography

In 1973 the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Committee was renamed the Recreation and Cultural Committee. It appears as though this was simply a name change and all functions including the Robert McDougall Art Gallery, parks, reserves, cemeteries and recreational facilities remained.

In 1974 discussions relating to city library services became part of the newly formed Cultural Committee.
