Biography

In 1974 the Cultural Committee is established as its own committee. This new committee was formerly part of the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Committee. The new committee was responsible for city Library services including that of the Central Library.

In 1983 this committee expands to become the Cultural and Public Relations Committee.
