Biography

In November 1983 the Cultural Committee expands to include Public Relations. The Cultural and Public Relations Committee was responsible for library services, the Art Gallery and publlic relations including public buildings such as the Provincial Council Chambers Buildings. At the start of 1987 this committee changes to become the Cultural and Community Services committee.
