Biography
In 1995 the former Cultural and Social Services Committee becomes the Community Services Committee. The committee was responsible for libraries, the Art Gallery, Sister Cities and community programmes including those for children and youth.
In 2001 libraries, the Art Gallery and Sister Cities become part of the Arts, Culture and Heritage Committee. Community programmes become part of the Community and Leisure Committee.
