Biography
In 1971 the Bylaws, Finance and Departmental Committee merged with the Electricity Committee to become the Development, Finance and Electricity Committee. This committee split again in 1973, with electricity becoming part of the Public Utilities Committee and financial functions becoming part of the Policy and Resources Committee.
