Biography
Pearce Dixon's early life was in Avonside, Christchurch. He went on to work at Duncan Cotterill & Co. during the great depression, and later with Maling & Co., General Merchant, General Accident Insurance Company, and Smiths City Finance. He served in the New Zealand Army during World War II with the 18th Armoured Regiment 2NZEF.
