Photographs of Noahs Hotel on Oxford Terrace in Christchurch.
Exterior shots including those taken during the construction of the hotel during 1973-1974 and of the exterior following completion.
Includes interior shots of the Waitangi Room restaurant; bottle shop; Erewhon bar; hotel rooms and of the royal suite on the top floor of the hotel. Also includes a close-up of one of the wooden carvings in the Canterbury Room at the hotel.
Staff working at the hotel featured include housekeepers; chefs; the hotel butcher; bar staff; commissionaire; sales representatives and of various management staff.
