Events and activities at the factory in Christchurch include Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II visiting the factory in 1954 and of a lawn at the factory site that has been turned into a golf putting course for employees.

Staff featured include the Board of Directors; machinists; trainees; long service staff; retiring staff; those who claim to have been unfairly dismissed and of workers who have been laid off including those from the Apparel Resources clothing factory in Greymouth.

Products produced at the factory include L'eggs brand of pantihose; various designs of hosiery and underwear and of rugby jerseys.

Products being exported including rugby jerseys and leisure wear, largely to the United States of America. One photograph is of a presentation of an export award won by the company in 1982.
