Scope and Contents

Collins' Varsity Exercise book containing a number of manuscript stories and poems.

Stories include 'The Fire place' und multiple untitled stories beginning: "He was born into violence..." , "The child played in the streets all day…" , "Up there said Stefan is Mars" , "In a short time it would be passed..." This story has two characters Belle and Heriot Volume contains some poetry, several versions of a poem titled "Green light", Several versions of "Whakatane Heads" , One begins "I am the sun on the hill" . Several versions of a poem beginning "Sometimes there comes a pallour (sic) in the sky" Another possible poem titled "The Round garden" A poem beginning "Say not they are evil" and also some possible fragments of poems. A poem titled "Tom cat".

Volume also contains definitions of words.
