Scope and Contents

Photographs of Army, Navy, and Airforce Personnel in the Singapore Marathon, Singapore Marathon training, and other exercises in Singapore, and Himalayas. Photographs of parachute training, armed forces shooting meet, New Zealand troops from the 1st Battalion Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment land by assault boats on one of Singapore's outlying islands during a week-long joint Singapore/New Zealand military exercise involving 1 RNZIR and Singapore Commandos.

Photographs of students from New Zealand Force School in Singapore and Singapore American School who spent a week training in the Malaysian Jungle. Photographs of daily checks for operational machinery, vehicles, and other equipment. Aerial photograph of the Modern Dieppe Barracks in Singapore. Photograph of the 1st Battalion marching for the 25 years that New Zealand has had an infantry presence in the region.
