Scope and Contents
Photographs relating to basketball player Clyde Huntley who played for Washington State University, Karori, and Canterbury. Included are action shots of various games including a 1987 match between Canterbury and Auckland at Cowles Stadium (Auckland player Keith Colbert is also pictured); and a 1989 game against Palmerston North. Other subjects include a coaching clinic with Christchurch schoolgirls Marama Mullany, Helen Bush, Tiana Mavaega, and Susan Howard; an encounter with The Wizard; a photograph of Huntley with fellow player Angelo Hill; the delivery of prizes to Riccarton High School student Steven Knight (another student, Scott Longson, is also pictured); contract signing with Angelo Hill, Peter Crowhen (Canterbury Basketball Association president), and Kieran McKee (Converse national sales manager); the University of Canterbury Student's Association great wine waiter race; a demonstration of the Christchurch Sports and Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Clinic's Kincom electromechanical dynometer with physiotherapist Graeme Nuttridge.
