Christchurch Girls' High School records
Scope and Contents
The records of Christchurch Girls' High School includes timetables, list of free place pupils and a detailed staff list. The list of free place pupils has attached letters from Lyttelton and from St. Michael's Schools, 1919, giving the names of their pupils wishing to attend Girls' High in 1920.
An envelope contains a memorandum, June 1920, from the Education Department, asking for detailed information about staff. A rough copy of the School's reply is enclosed. This list gives the names, qualifications, length of service, marital status, and salaries of all staff, 1920.
